1971 following a decision of the Committee for industrial
coordination by the Council of the ministers in
Bulgaria, in the town of Burgas was created a branch
of the Research and design institute for public
and communal services (NIPKIBOKS). The subject of
the activities is: "Scientific investigations
and design of specialized machines and equipment
for collecting, treating and making harmless hard
public wastes /HPW/ from the towns and villages
areas in Bulgaria". Following the Order No
213 dated 07.05.1981 of the Committee for architecture
and public works (Official Journal No 46/1981) the
subject of the activities, apart from the scientific
investigations and design, was increased with "production
of the introduced on the Bulgarian market specialized
containers, machines and equipment for treatment
of HPW. According to the same order the name of
the company was changed as Scientific and production
company for communal services /NPPKS/. On the basis
of the &7 par.3 p.1 "a" from the Decree
No 56 for the business activities and the Decision
No 78 of the Council of the Ministers, dated 2-nd
of May 1989 a company "KOMUNALTECHMACH"
was created. The company is a legal successor of
NPPKS. The company is registered in the District
Court of the town of Burgas according the law case
No 17 dated 12.06.1989. Following the order No 39,
dated 06.11.1991 of the Council of the Ministers
(Official Journal No 32/1992- announcement 3039)
was created a one - man owned trading company of
limited responsibility "KOMUNALTECHMACH"
as a legal successor of the company "KOMUNALTECHMACH".
The subject of the activities is as follow: "Investigation,
design, research and production of machines and
equipment for treatment and recycling of hard public
wastes". During 1998, the "KOMUNALTECHMACH"
Ltd. became a privately owned company, represented
by the Manager - Georgy Atanasov Velkov.
Since 2008 the company have a new management.
